Owner/Operator Mike Bregenzer has over 20 years experience at installing new and renovating slate roofs. He has a practical knowledge that comes only from the extent of his hands on experience for all of these years. Mike has assisted many building owners and their architects is designing custom systems to maximize their roof's effectiveness and integrity.

Phase 1
A visit to the site (travel charges may apply)
Conducting a thorough roof inspection (equipment charges may apply)
Providing a written report, along with photographs and advice on how to proceed .
Phase 2
All services provided with Phase 1
A detailed, color coded roof drawing to scale
A custom set of specifications
A detailed scope of work.
All materials provided can be reproduced and used by the Building Owner for their use in bidding out their roofing project to contractors of their choice.
Phase 3
All services provided with Phase 1 and 2
Assisting the building owner and/or architects in obtaining prices from qualified contractors.
Periodic site visits while work is being completed to assure the quality of the workmanship.
